Warranty and faults

Hayabusa tackle is designed and engineered in Japan by HAYABUSA CO., LTD. If you think something you bought through a Monster Distribution stockist is faulty, start with the store you bought it from, they can replace it or send it back to us.

Where that is not practical, write to us directly and we will take it from there.

What to send

• Your name, phone number and address
• The store you bought it from, and roughly when
• The product, the range and the size or weight (for example Jack Eye Makimaki 40g, or UV White Shrimp Sabiki EX127 size 12)
• The product code from the packet if you still have it
• What went wrong, and what you were fishing for
• A photograph of the product and the packet
