The VS Head remade, and the most versatile head Hayabusa builds. The well-received original has been reworked with a low-friction pipe and an eye shaped to shed as much resistance as possible, easy for anyone to fish, and good value with it. A standard shape meant to cover every situation, with the basics taken as far as they go. 220g, 250g and 300g were added to the range in 2026.
VS form
A clean-shedding edge and a full lower body make complex flow behind the head, which helps the necktie work. It holds a stable posture through lift-and-fall too.
Low-friction pipe
Lets the head slide freely on the leader.
Polarised mirror eye
Reflects unpredictably, and draws the bite.
